Apple’s iPhone 15 series has ushered in a new era of innovation with several groundbreaking changes. The new iPhone Series 15 has been launched by Apple, introducing the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Under this series, the iPhone 15 series has been launched with a Type-C port and wireless connectivity. This change in terms of charging is regarded as the company’s most significant alteration.
Iconic silent button removed
In both models of the iPhone 15 Pro, the iconic silent button has been eliminated and replaced with a new action button. The new action button serves a multi-purpose function, allowing users to perform tasks beyond simply silencing the phone, including activating features like flight mode and more.
Type-C port will be available in the new iPhone
The new iPhone comes equipped with a Type-C port. This marks the first instance where an iPhone with a Type-C port has been introduced by Apple. Previously, the company utilized a Lightning port for charging. This represents the most significant change made by the company in its latest iPhone .
processor
The new A17 Bionic chipset has been incorporated into the Pro variant of the iPhone 15 Series by the company. In contrast, the old A16 Bionic chipset has been employed in the base variant iPhone. This particular processor is featured in both the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. It’s worth noting that this processor was utilized in two models of the iPhone 14 series, introduced last year.
Design
The iPhone 15 Pro variant has been endowed with a titanium design by the company. Furthermore, a subtle curvature has been introduced to the phone’s edges. According to Apple, the same grade of titanium employed in NASA’s Mars Rover has been used in crafting the Pro model of the new iPhone. Remarkably, the iPhone 15 Pro is set to become the lightest Pro model ever created. Notably, the iPhone 15 Pro features a 6.1-inch display, while the iPhone 15 Pro Max boasts a 6.7-inch display.
Storage
In this iteration, the new iPhone Pro Max has been unveiled with an upgraded storage capacity of 256 GB, replacing the previous 128 GB option. This means that the iPhone 15 Pro Max now starts at a minimum storage capacity of 256 GB, and it can go up to a whopping 1 TB of storage. Meanwhile, the other iPhone models continue to offer the same storage capacities as in previous releases.
